Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Custodian - Janitor performs janitorial duties for assigned properties and areas. The role requires providing quality customer service to clients at all times. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential. All cleaning supplies are provided.
Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of Custodian or Janitor experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
