Qualifications

• One year of experience performing routine custodial and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, assemble, move, and take down chairs, tables, and other furniture for meetings, banquets, and other events.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and polish floors; shampoo and steam clean rugs and carpets; clean restrooms; empty waste receptacles; dust and polish furniture.
• Monitor equipment and supply inventory and recommend the ordering of needed equipment and supplies.
• Lock and unlock building doors; report safety and sanitary hazards.
