The Custodian II performs moderately complex custodial work, including cleaning, dusting, disinfecting, sanitizing, operating floor maintenance equipment, requesting supplies, inspecting buildings and equipment, performing minor repairs, and maintaining custodial equipment. They maintain outside areas, work under general supervision, and may participate in disaster response or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activities, possibly requiring shift or location adjustments. Overtime and additional pay for evening, night, or weekend work may be available.
Applicants must pass various background and registry checks, and provide necessary documentation. Flexibility in work hours and adherence to immunization policies are required.
