Job summary

Naples Airport Authority is seeking a motivated team member to support cleaning and upkeep of the terminal, offices, and facilities to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

Duties include sanitizing spaces, cleaning interiors and exteriors, disposing of waste, restocking supplies, and operating custodial equipment while maintaining a courteous service standard.

Qualifications

• No experience required; custodial, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and safely operate custodial equipment, tools, and cleaning products.
• OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes terminal facilities, offices, restrooms, public areas, and other Authority buildings.
• Cleans floors, windows, sidewalks, entrances, and other interior and exterior areas.
• Collects and properly disposes of trash and recyclables.
• Restocks custodial supplies and monitors inventory levels.
• Safely operates custodial equipment and reports maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
• Provides courteous and professional service to employees, tenants, customers, and visitors.

THE POSITION

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member who is interested in providing an essential supportive service to the airport by keeping general aviation, passenger terminal, offices, grounds, and other airport facilities in clean and orderly condition.

Some of the position duties include:
