Cuesta College is seeking a Custodian I to perform custodial work across its North County Paso Robles campus and related facilities. The role involves cleaning, disinfecting restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, window care, and basic maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of general work experience, with preference for custodial experience and a commitment to safety and reliability.
The positions will be at the North County, Paso Robles campus and will include 7.5. differental pay.
Under general supervision, perform custodial work in college buildings and offices; and to perform other related duties as required.
The Custodian I class is distinguished from other classes in the Maintenance and Operations Series in that incumbents are responsible for all custodial work at the college.
The Custodian class promotes institutional effectiveness by ensuring that District facilities are maintained in a safe and clean working condition for all students, faculty, staff, and the community.
