Under supervision of the Custodian Supervisor I , the Custodian I in the Facilities Management Division (FMD), Ronald M. George State Office Complex is responsible for the daily cleaning of assigned building, office and/or common areas by applying sustainable work practices in the operation and maintenance of all building systems and equipment in accordance with Department of General Services (DGS) and FMD policies, procedures, and guidelines and the Excellence in Public Buildings Initiative.
