Under the supervision of the Painter Supervisor, the Painter I in the Facilities Management Division (FMD), Central Services maintains and improves the painted appearance of State Owned buildings in accordance with Department of General Services (DGS) and FMD policies, procedures, and guidelines.

This position requires participation in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Employer Pull Notice Program.

This position may require travel.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment. The Department of General Services does not participate in E-Verify for employment authorization purposes.
