Job summary

The Pottstown School District is seeking a Custodian I at Pottstown Middle School in Pennsylvania. This full-time position runs 11pm-3pm and covers 260 days per year, with M-F during the school year; summer hours may vary.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the appearance of assigned areas, and participation in summer housecleaning and minor maintenance. Required clearances Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 will apply.

Qualifications

• Previous Cleaning or Custodial Experience Preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with students, families, staff and general public.
• Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 Clearances Required
