Job summary

Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a dedicated support associate in a non-production role, working Monday through Friday, 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM with a 30-minute lunch deduction. You will perform cleaning, 5S tasks, deliveries, and assist with inventory while maintaining safety and following training guidelines.

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour. Candidates must have one year of related manufacturing experience, English literacy, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must maintain the medical fitness and qualifications required by Hydro for mobile equipment operators.
• Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Clean breakrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, guard shack, and other areas as directed.
• Perform painting and related 5S tasks as assigned.
• Assist with small package deliveries and production supply/PPE inventory when other tasks are complete.
• Operate mobile equipment, including the floor sweeper, and hand tools in accordance with training and company safety procedures.
• Dump trash hoppers safely and in accordance with established procedures.
• Position is designed as a dedicated support role with responsibilities specific to this function.
