Job summary

4000 Archdiocese Of Seattle Payroll Svc is looking for a Custodian to provide essential custodial services for the school buildings at St. Madeleine Sophie campus during the summer break. This is a full-time position located in Bellevue, WA.

The role requires physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and cleaning various surfaces. No prior custodial experience is needed, making it accessible for many applicants. Eligible candidates will also receive a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lifting up to no more than 50 pounds at a time.
• Climbing a ladder that is no more than 8 feet tall.
• Moving furniture.
• Cleaning air vents.
• Cleaning horizontal surfaces of cupboards/cabinets/bookcases.
• Cleaning interior glass windows.
• Cleaning wall surfaces near garbage cans.
• Cleaning door trims.
• Cleaning light fixtures.
• Cleaning sinks.
• Cleaning under all counters.
• Cleaning window ledges.
• Removing cobwebs from ceilings and walls.
• Vacuuming floor edges and corners.
• Vacuuming under furniture.
• Mopping floor.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.00 Hourly

Position Purpose

Provides custodial services for the school buildings of St. Madeleine Sophie campus during the summer break.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Lifting up to no more than 50 pounds at a time, with frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds
• If 16 or older, climbing a ladder that is no more than 8 feet tall
• Move furniture
• Clean air vents
• Clean horizontal surfaces of cupboards/cabinets/bookcases, including tops of high cabinets
• Clean interior glass windows
• Clean wall surfaces near garbage cans
• Clean door trims
• Clean light fixtures
• Clean sinks
• Clean under all counters
• Clean window ledges
• Remove cobwebs from ceilings and walls
• Vacuum floor edges and corners
• Vacuum under furniture
• Mop floor

Qualifications

No education or custodial work experience required.
