Job summary

Spectrum Plastics Group is seeking a full-time custodian at our New Brighton facility. The ideal candidate will have two years of custodial experience and revel in maintaining cleanliness throughout the site.

Job Details

Job Location: Donatelle - New Brighton - New Brighton, MN 55112 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.50 Hourly

Custodial Responsibilities

• Empty and remove trash and recyclable items from the facility
• Maintain carpeting and upholstered furniture
• Maintain hard surface floors by sweeping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, etc.
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Wash interior window glass
• Clean and sanitize rest rooms and replenish the rest room supplies
• Operate power cleaning equipment
• Clean and maintain foyer area
• Remove snow/ice from sidewalk and loading dock areas
• Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies
• Equipment Cleaning

General Responsibilities

• Work overtime as required
• Follow safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned
• Responsibility to protect Donatelle confidential information and Intellectual Property

Education/Experience

• Two years of custodial and floor care experience

Other Qualifications and Desired Skills

• Knowledge of floor care, such as stripping, waxing carpet extraction
• Ability to perform minor repairs on cleaning related equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and their use
