Job summary

Multifamily NW in Troutdale, OR is seeking a Grounds Keeping and Custodial worker to maintain outdoor spaces and perform building maintenance across the center.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read/write English, a valid driver's license, six months' experience, and CPR/FA certification. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Job Summary: Responsible for performing general Grounds Keeping and Custodial duties throughout the center.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Maintains and cares for the out door areas of the Center
• Operates machinery such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, tractors, etc...
• Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles.
• Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.
• Performs minor building construction tasks.
• Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments.
• Attends required staff training sessions as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.

Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.

Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver’s license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
