ATI, Inc. is seeking a full-time Custodian for a government facility in Springfield, Virginia, to maintain clean, safe, and secure spaces in support of mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be US Citizens.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; work independently in secure environment.
• Minimum of two years of custodial experience.
• Experience working near senior government officials is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, common areas, elevators, kitchenettes, locker rooms, and a fitness center including sanitizing, dusting, mopping, glass cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Restock paper products and soap; maintain hand sanitizer throughout the facility.
• Spot clean walls; remove scuffs and stains.
• Empty trash/recycling and cigarette receptacles.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly deep cleaning tasks and exterior power washing.
• Adhere to custodial cleaning schedule; mix, use, and store chemicals per instructions.
• Store and sanitize equipment properly.
• Other duties as assigned.
