Job Title: Custodian / General Laborer

Join us at OPERATIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, LLC as a Custodian / General Laborer.

Position Overview: This role involves performing custodial and maintenance tasks to clean and repair school buildings, grounds, and related facilities. We offer both day and evening shifts, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, buffing, dusting, trash removal, and cleaning chalkboards and disinfecting surfaces.
2. Maintain hygienic restrooms by cleaning floors and fixtures.
3. Wash windows and sills.
4. Replace light bulbs, refill dispensers, and prepare facilities for use.
5. Work overtime and on weekends as needed to meet schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to write legibly and complete paperwork promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude, use appropriate language, and foster professional relationships with students, staff, and community members.
• Possess and maintain a valid ID.
• Pass a fingerprint background check.
