Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian for floating 1st shift in the Lansing area, covering Haslett and surrounding districts. This full-time role offers a 6:00 am to 2:30 pm schedule, Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, and provides paid mileage reimbursement and travel time.

The pay rate ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour. Core duties include cleaning the building, using GRBS tools, completing 360 communication, leading team members, and working with integrity and humility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Willing to cover floating 1st shift across locations.

This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates MUST have valid proof of Auto Insurance.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following day floating day sub custodian opportunities available. You would help with coverage between Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt.

• Hours are6:0 am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute the clean building process
  • Finish the job with GRBS tools
  • Complete 360 communication
  • Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
  • Lead with integrity and humility

Pay Rate: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

What does this job look like: We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
