Grand Rapids Building Services Inc (GRBS) is seeking a full-time custodian for the floating 1st shift serving the Lansing area with coverage across Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt. Typical hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday, with one weekend per month.

A valid auto insurance is required, and transportation to work daily is essential. compensation includes pay rate of $16.50-$17.50 per hour along with benefits such as paid holidays after one year, PTO, Daily Pay option, and health

Due to Michigan public schools requirements, individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates MUST have valid proof of Auto Insurance.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following day floating day sub custodian opportunities available. You would help with coverage between Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt.

• Hours are 6:00 am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month

Pay Rate: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
