Reports To: Supervisor of Custodians, Building Custodial Coordinator, Building Principal

Job Purpose: To maintain and clean school buildings, providing a conducive environment for teaching and learning.

Qualifications - Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Black Seal Boiler License
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Excellent work ethic
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work alone or with others
• Ability to pass Criminal History Review
• Submit Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Form
• Pass pre-employment physical exam

Qualifications - Desired: Experience in a school district

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks as directed by supervisor
• Complete tasks within designated time frames
• Work in assigned areas and with others as directed
• Follow all cleaning instructions provided

Working Conditions:

• School building environment
• 12-month, full-time shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• Shift differential after 6:00 pm

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, climb ladders, work with cleaning fluids, and perform other physical tasks as specified.
