Job summary

Grand Rapids Area Schools is seeking a Custodian to perform environmental service tasks, clean school buildings and grounds, and handle minor repairs. The position supports daytime and evening activities to maintain a safe, attractive, and clean school environment.

This is a 12-month, full-time evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), Monday–Friday, with hourly pay between $18.54 and $21.38. Education required: high school diploma or GED, with a vocational certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year vocational certificate in Custodial/Housekeeping preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping; school custodial experience preferred.
