Job summary

Human Technologies Corporation is seeking a full-time custodian to perform daily cleaning tasks, ground maintenance, and ensure a professional appearance of facilities. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Eligible employees receive Health & Welfare benefits and a contribution to a 401(k) plan. The role requires adherence to safety policies, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• 1. Must be capable of physical demands of the job, such as standing, walking, stooping, and lifting.
• 2. Must be able to follow instructions.
• 3. Able to lift up to 50 pounds properly.
• 4. Must pass any required background checks.

Responsibilities

• 1. Perform custodian cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer.
• 2. Police grounds and remove debris/snow as directed by the Project Supervisor.
• 3. Complete all mandatory training programs.
• 4. Maintain equipment, storage areas and custodial closets to reflect a professional appearance.
• 5. Represent the Corporation professionally, including attire.
• 6. Report accidents and safety issues immediately to the Project Supervisor.
• 7. Maintain good working relationships with the Project Supervisor and coworkers.
• 8. Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.
• 9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.

Requirements

• 1. Perform Custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer.

• 4. Maintain all equipment, storage areas and Custodial closets as to reflect a professional appearance at all times.
• 5. All Custodians must represent the Corporation in a professional manner, which includes reporting to work in clean and appropriate attire suitable for position.
• 6. Must always report accidents and/or safety issues to Project Supervisor immediately.
• 7. Must maintain an effective working relationship with the Project Supervisor and co- workers at all times.
• 8. Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.
• 9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.
