Job summary

Lake Wildwood Association in Penn Valley, California, is seeking a Custodial Worker to perform cleaning and maintenance duties across all Association buildings, parks, and restrooms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of various areas, including windows, floors, and restrooms. A valid California driver's license is necessary, along with the ability to follow written instructions. This position requires a consistent 4:00 AM start time and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read and understand written instructions.
• Prior experience commensurate with duties of job desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all restrooms in Association buildings, parks, and golf course restrooms.
• Washes all windows in Association buildings as required.
• Vacuums all rugs and carpets in Association buildings as required.
• Cleans and mops all floors in Association buildings as required.
• Cleans all walls in Association buildings as required.
• Moves furniture, tables and chairs as required.
• Cleans walkways and deck of debris as required.
• Replenishes all supplies in restrooms as required.
• Pick up all trash in receptacles as required.
• Does minor repairs as needed.
• Keeps records of man hours on individual tasks.
• Any other duties as may be required and/or requested.

Lake Wildwood is a vibrant, gated community nestled in the historic Gold Rush foothills of Nevada County, approximately one hour northeast of Sacramento.

Pay Range: $20 - $22 DOE
