Job summary

HHS Education Services, LLC (USA) is seeking team players to join the housekeeping team at Dallas College. The role offers both full-time and part-time positions with an hourly wage of 16 USD and shifts available in the evenings and nights.

You will clean classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas, following established procedures while delivering friendly, respectful service to campus members. Background checks and eligibility verification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Custodial experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the university campus, including classrooms, common areas, restrooms, cafeterias, and more.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals on campus.
• Perform cleaning, buffing, and bonneting procedures to maintain floors.
• Perform floor stripping and extraction projects as assigned.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

• Preferred: Custodial experience (cleaning, housekeeping, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician)

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
