Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a reliable Custodian to maintain a clean and welcoming plaza environment across our locations. You will be responsible for restrooms, dining areas and lobbies, ensuring a safe and hygienic experience for travelers.

The role may require days, nights, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule. Prior cash handling or customer service experience is a plus, and we provide training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Public interaction with customers and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties to ensure a pleasant, hygienic plaza environment.
• Clean toilets, walls, windows, tables, refrigerators and other equipment as needed.
• Remove trash to designated areas and maintain a tidy lobby and dining area.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors; ensure a clean and organized space.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas; load/unload supply trucks.
• Follow all security, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
