Applegreen USA is hiring a Custodian to perform cleaning duties across our plaza facilities. You will use cleaning chemicals and equipment, maintain restrooms and dining areas, and ensure a welcoming, hygienic environment for travelers.

The role requires standing/walking for extended periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; be able to lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment to complete duties.
• Clean toilets, walls, windows, tables and equipment as needed.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub and buff floors.
• Maintain a clean lobby and dining area.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Load and unload supply trucks.
• Follow all security, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Interact with customers and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
