Job summary

JEFF WYLER EASTGATE AUTO MALL in Batavia, OH is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Custodian to maintain clean and orderly spaces within our auto mall.

Responsibilities include sanitizing restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, emptying trash, and light maintenance. Must be reliable, able to work independently or with a team, and lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include health/dental/vision, vacation, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces and furniture
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Conduct light maintenance repairs; change light bulbs, etc.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and protocols
