Primary Responsibility / Summary

Performs a full range of custodial services at contract locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Performs daily cleaning tasks such as floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.
2. Maintains clean and sanitary conditions throughout the facility.
3. Maintains custodial equipment and supplies in neat, orderly condition.
4. Interacts cooperatively with government personnel and customers.
5. Immediately advises supervisor of any changes in contract requirements as directed by government staff.
6. Performs local travel (up to 25%) as required, which may include driving a personal or site-specific vehicle. Must hold a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance, with a clean driving record that meets company standards.

Education & Experience

• No prior experience or training required.
• Shift flexibility and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential.
