Your Role on the Team

Reporting to the EVS Manager, the Senior Custodian performs skilled and semi-skilled cleaning, housekeeping, and general maintenance duties in various hospital areas. Responsibilities include resilient tile and carpet care maintenance, and other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CA driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Experience in a service industry and customer interaction
• Ability to perform custodial tasks and provide liability insurance proof upon request
• Customer service skills
• Background check clearance and DMV record verification
• Reliable transportation and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and following instructions
• Ability to work at various locations and maintain appropriate work pace

Preferred Qualifications

• Custodial experience in healthcare environments
