Job summary

Van Drunen Farms in Illinois (Momence area) is hiring for a full-time janitorial position. You will maintain cleanliness across offices, restrooms, break areas, and warehouse spaces, and you’ll support sanitation and audit-readiness activities.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Saturdays as needed, and includes potential eligibility for bonus programs. No experience is required, though 3–6 months in janitorial work is preferred, and safety is emphasized.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of offices, restrooms, break areas, locker rooms, hand wash stations, warehouse spaces, and other common areas throughout the facility.
  • Sweep, mop, remove debris, clean spills, sanitize surfaces, wash windows, and perform routine housekeeping tasks according to established schedules and procedures.
  • Support food safety, quality, and audit requirements by completing supplemental cleaning and sanitation activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning records and logs while ensuring cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards.
  • Monitor and replenish sanitation and restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other consumables.
  • Safely use cleaning chemicals, identify workplace hazards, follow safety protocols, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What You’ll Do
