SBM Management is seeking a dedicated Custodian/CSR to join their team. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals eager to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves custodial duties and customer service skills, working well with team members and customers, understanding and following instructions, and demonstrating good judgment in decision-making. Responsibilities include cleaning, maintenance, safety compliance, and assisting with various facility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
• Surface cleaning including dusting, sanitizing, and window cleaning
• Waste removal and recycling
• Light maintenance tasks like replacing bulbs and restocking supplies
• Adhere to safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Follow protocols and respond to supervision
• Use personal protective equipment properly
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Transport equipment and clean various areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or up to one month of related experience or training
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math and understand measurements
• Valid driver’s license if driving during work
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
