Job summary

COST of WI and Refractory Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable custodian to keep offices, shop areas, and shared spaces clean, organized, and welcoming on a first shift (~7:00 AM–3:30 PM).

You will dust, mop, vacuum, restock supplies, monitor safety, and coordinate cleaning tasks while communicating effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma and 2–3 years custodial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years custodial experience preferred.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices and shop areas.
• Dust and clean desks, shelves, windows, and restrooms.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste per recycling procedures.
• Maintain breakrooms and common areas.
• Ensure conference rooms and offices are clean and ready.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Safely handle cleaning products and chemicals.
• Assist with moving furniture as needed.
