Ideal candidates should have custodial experience and be able to follow safety protocols while maintaining a professional demeanor. A valid driver's license is required to operate company vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of worksite safety and standard practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated positive attitude with customers and coworkers.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of offices, buildings, and facilities.
• Perform routine and periodic cleaning duties throughout the facility.
• Collect and dispose of trash from receptacles.
• Clean and stock restrooms and restroom supplies.
• Operate company vehicles as needed.
