Job summary

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries seeks a Full-Time Custodian for the Quantico Marine Base shift, 6:00am–1:30pm, with duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and floor care. The role also serves as a backup driver for the daily transport van from Fredericksburg to Quantico.

You will maintain clean facilities, manage supplies, and support base operations. Qualifications include a High School diploma, DBIDS eligibility, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be DBIDS eligible.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• DMV check required for insurance compliance.
• Ability to read and follow chemical labels and cleaning instructions.
• One to two years custodial experience preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and polish fixtures and furniture.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Sanitize and stock restroom facilities.
• Clean windows, doors, and fixtures.
• Ensure custodial closets are clean and stocked.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Backup driver for the van when needed.
