Job summary

Verde Clean is looking for a dependable Custodian to keep our Buckeye/Goodyear facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You will perform routine cleaning across restrooms, offices, and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and surfaces disinfected.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of cleaning experience, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently or as part of a team. The role supports a safety-focused, sustainability-minded culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Experience using cleaning equipment and products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Provide friendly and professional service to staff, visitors, and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

What You'll Do

As a Custodian, your responsibilities will include:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00AM -5:30 PM (Full-Time)

Physical Requirements

• Operate cleaning equipment and move janitorial carts as needed

• Follow all PPE and safety protocols
