Chimes is seeking a Custodian for a Monday-Friday shift from 12:30pm to 9:00pm at our Washington, DC NW location. The role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks across public and work space areas, with duties including disinfection of restrooms and surfaces, descaling fixtures, and maintaining cleanliness per contract specifications.

The position is essential, with on-site work and a competitive hourly pay rate of $18.40.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work with limited supervision.
• Commitment to safety procedures and environmental requirements.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with limited direct supervision.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning and building services in public and work spaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and surfaces per contract specifications.
• Descale showers, toilets, urinals, and scrub floors as required.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items; assist with special restoration tasks.
• Attend required meetings and maintain timely attendance.
