Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Support overall upkeep and appearance of the property.
