Job summary

Unica Enterprises is seeking self-motivated, energetic Custodian Workers to join our team across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. You will perform routine cleaning tasks to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for customers, coworkers, and visitors.

Candidates should be able to work independently or with a team, follow instructions, comply with safety rules, and pass background checks. Prior custodial experience is preferred, and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial, janitorial, or related cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet quality expectations.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass background and employment eligibility checks.
• Must be able to work weekends and assigned shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other assigned areas.
• Replenish paper goods, soap, liners, and other supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and touchpoints based on site standards.
• Follow daily assignments, checklists, and instructions from the lead or supervisor.
• Use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment correctly and safely.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety expectations at all times.
• Report low supplies, broken equipment, safety concerns, or site issues promptly.
• Support team coverage and shift handoff when needed.
• Help maintain a professional, respectful experience for customers and site contacts.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move items up to 30 pounds
• May be required to wear a uniform and use PPE
