Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, sweep, sanitize, mop, and vacuum facility surfaces and floors.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Keep exterior walkways clear of debris and snow.
• Follow safe procedures for chemical and equipment use.
• Remove graffiti and repaint surfaces with protective coating.
• Check security: lock doors/windows/gates and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Location: Thornton, Westminister, Federal Heights, Broomfield, CO. These positions offer weekly and electronic pay, accrued sick leave, retirement savings and potentially additional benefits such as holiday & vacation pay, health/dental/vision insurance, and more.

Pay

$19.33/hr to start.

Shift & Availability

• Days: Monday - Friday (Possible overtime on weekends)
• Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts between the window of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Examples: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, etc.
• Overtime: Candidates should be open to working overtime as client needs arise.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, sweep, sanitize, mop, scrub, vacuum, shampoo facility surfaces and floors.
• Collecting and disposing of trash.
• Keeping exterior walkways clear of debris and snow.
• Follow proper procedures for chemical and power equipment use, in order to prevent damage and injury.
• Remove graffiti, gum and other markings from facility surfaces, and repaint with protective coating.
• Check and verify facility security and safety by locking doors, windows and gates; and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements & Essential Functions

• Previous cleaning experience in a work setting.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for 8 hours shift, bending, twisting, overhead reaching, kneeling, stooping, pushing pulling, etc. -- normal job requirements for cleaning.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
• Strong and detailed work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
