Job summary

Nawa Professional Services in Grand Rapids and Wyoming, MI is hiring dependable custodians/janitors for part-time evening shifts. No experience required; paid training provided. You'll perform vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and floor scrubber operation, with other tasks as assigned.

Most shifts are Monday–Friday, 4–6.5 hours per evening. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with holiday pay, PTO, paid training, and opportunities for advancement; benefits available for

Nawa Professional Services is hiring dependable Custodians/Janitors for part-time evening positions throughout the Grand Rapids and Wyoming areas. We also have limited full-time opportunities available.

No janitorial experience? No problem! We provide paid training and opportunities to grow with our team.

Available Opportunities:

• Primarily part-time evening (second shift) positions
• Most shifts are Monday–Friday and approximately 4–6.5 hours per evening
• Limited full-time positions available

During your phone interview, we'll discuss the available schedules, locations, and job sites to find the best fit for you.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• 18 years of age or older with valid identification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen (including THC).
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members
