Overview

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining sanitation levels in and around company facilities as set forth by company standards.

Available Shift: Friday - Sunday, 7AM - 7PM

Responsibilities

1. Cleans terminals with hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standards.
2. Removes all refuse from offices, restrooms, break-rooms, and building daily, ensuring trash cans are empty and clean.
3. Ensures that restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
4. Relocates, moves, and adjusts office furniture as necessary.
5. Ensures pest control systems are operating efficiently and maintains high standards of sanitation and housekeeping.
6. Removes ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lots.
7. Maintains company grounds free from litter and debris.
8. Prepares required reports on labor and equipment.
9. Maintains a log of repairs by equipment type.
10. Prepares complete and accurate records and reports as required.
11. Reports safety problems to the shift supervisor.
12. Complies with OSHA and MSDS standards.
13. Performs other duties as instructed by the Operations Manager.
