Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions and organization in the Sales Center. Duties include working in all areas such as the warehouse, shipping, receiving, roof, outside area, and grounds, in a safe and efficient manner.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Follow written procedures and safety policies.
• Notify supervisors of equipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Sales Center: compacting and bailing cardboard, sweeping, mopping, disposing of plastic wrap, and groundskeeping.
• Follow pest control instructions.
• Perform duties assigned by the Regional Sales Manager/Operations Sales Leader.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning activities.
• Inspect areas needing attention and report unsanitary practices.
• Perform repetitive tasks following instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment, adhering to Environmental Health & Safety (OHS) requirements, GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP standards.
• Complete all required training and audits.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

What We Need From You:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: 1 year of shipping experience.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and stand or stoop for prolonged periods.
• Comfortable working in warm environments.
• Effective communication in English.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
