Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and safety of client facilities. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 3:30 pm–11:00 pm. Pay is $20.00 per hour, and the company offers health benefits and retirement options. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience is a plus but will train.
• Reliable transportation.
• Be able to use the auto scrubber machine.
• Be able set up for events.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, and removing trash.
• Clean restrooms and break rooms; ensure health, safety, and sanitary standards.
• Assist with event setup and general janitorial duties as needed.

We are seeking to hire aCustodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
