Job summary

Draper, Inc. seeks a part-time Groundskeeper in Indiana. The role covers exterior upkeep such as trash removal, weed control, painting touch-ups, sweeping, and window washing, plus interior cleaning tasks. Hours are 4 per day, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility.

Job description

Draper, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Groundskeeper. The standard work hours will be 4 hours per day, between 7am and 4pm Monday through Friday, with some flexibility available. The primary responsibilities and minimum qualifications are listed below.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving the exterior of the facility through picking up and removing trash and debris from the property and disposing of it. This could also include such activities as spraying weeds, touch-up painting, sweeping parking lots and other areas, removing leaves from sidewalks and doorways, and washing windows and doors, etc.
• Maintaining and improving the interior of the facility through small cleaning and painting projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• General cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and products.
• Self-motivated, team player, and good attention to detail.
• Ability to use common cleaning materials and equipment as well as working in various environmental conditions such as weather, temperature, dust, odors, etc.
