Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.).
• Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities.
• Carry out targeted cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs.
• Notify management of deficiencies or the need for major repairs.
• Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate with the rest of the staff.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a responsible Custodian to maintain our company headquarters and carry out cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our offices clean, safe, and orderly.

This is a part-time position, working between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, five days a week. Some scheduling flexibility is preferred.
