Pay Range

Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Role Overview

The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. We are seeking a dependable individual with strong customer service skills to join our growing team. Our company values teamwork, integrity, and compassion, offering extensive career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Perform janitorial duties and all tasks on the daily schedule.
2. Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas.
3. Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisors.
4. Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
5. Work effectively in a team, perform repetitive tasks, and support shift leads.
6. Use proper personal protective equipment and maintain a professional appearance.
7. Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
8. Support during staff shortages and complete assigned punch-list items.

Qualifications

1. Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required.
2. Completion of safety and task training certifications.
3. Forklift certification may be required.
4. Bilingual skills are a plus.
5. Ability to read, interpret instructions, and communicate effectively.
6. Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, with a willingness to share knowledge with the team.
7. Training or experience in custodial work preferred but not required.

Additional Details

Shift options: Mon-Fri, 4pm-8pm or 8pm-12am.
