ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent Euravia North America professionally.
• Follow work instructions carefully.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Empty trash receptacles in all areas and buildings (offices, conference rooms, restrooms, floors).
• Clean exposed horizontal surfaces of desktops, tables, chairs, file cabinets, and other office furniture.
• Perform general cleanup of all building areas as directed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and upkeep requests.
• Sweep and mop floors across all buildings.
• Refill hand towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap dispensers.
• Clean interior and exterior of microwave oven, refrigerator, and all other appliances in the breakroom.
• Clean entrance glass doors and outside entrance floors.
• Relate to others in a courteous manner.
• Perform work with little or no supervision.
• Accept other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a janitor.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Integrity and ability to work independently.
