Overview

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining sanitation levels in and around company facilities according to company standards.

Available shift

Various 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Clean terminals with hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners to meet company standards.
• Remove all refuse from offices, restrooms, break rooms, and the building daily, ensuring trash cans are empty and clean.
• Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Relocate, move, and adjust office furniture as necessary.
• Maintain pest control systems and ensure high standards of sanitation and housekeeping.
• Remove ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lots.
• Maintain company grounds free from litter and debris.
• Prepare required reports on labor and equipment.
• Keep logs of repairs by equipment type.
• Prepare complete and accurate records and reports as required.
• Report safety issues to the shift supervisor.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Operations Manager.
