Job summary

Excel Boat Company is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean and safe working environment at our Arkansas facility. Responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, and keeping offices and break rooms orderly.

The ideal candidate works independently, pays close attention to detail, and communicates effectively with coworkers and management. High school diploma or GED preferred; physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and dust mop all floors daily.
• Clean all bathrooms daily including toilets, sinks and mirrors.
• Monitor and fill toilet paper and paper towel dispensers.
• Wipe tables, countertops and sinks in the break rooms after each break.
• Spot mop daily as needed.
• Empty garbage daily or as needed.
• Clean and remove left over items from refrigerators weekly.
• Wipe down hallway walls as needed to remove hand prints and foot prints.
• Empty garbage cans and cigarette containers by smoking area.
• Pick up and sweep around dumpsters, electrical substation, shipping dock and loading bay.
• Sweep and vacuum offices weekly or as needed.
• Assist with detailing and company vehicles, cleaning forklifts and tractor.
• Clean windows inside and outside..
• Maintain a clean and organized cleaning closet and monitor inventory.
