Job summary

Mountain Pine School District in Mountain Pine, Arkansas is seeking a full-time Custodian to support daily cleaning and maintenance across district facilities. Responsibilities include restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and ensuring doors and windows are secured after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning supplies daily.
• Dust mop hallways after each recess.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms in hallways and in cafeteria after each recess.
• Restock all restroom supplies (paper towels, tissue, hand soap, etc.).
• Clean and sanitize water fountains.
• Clean around both entrances after each recess.
• Daily after school clean all sweep each room.
• Empty trash throughout the elementary building.
• Secure all windows, classroom doors and outside doors.
• Turn off all lights, except front entrance outside light.
• Wash windows at entrance and in classrooms. Classroom windows done at least on monthly basis.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by principal or superintendent.
• High school and elementary custodians are responsible for all summer deep cleaning and preparations of all buildings.
• All other duties as assigned by principal or superintendent.
