Job summary

• This is an hourly, part-time position which will report to the Operations Manager.

Brillante Academy Public Charter School opened its doors in August 2023 and currently serves over 350 students from the Rio Grande Valley in the Mission area and surrounding communities. In the 2025-2026 school year, Brillante will have PreK3 through 3rd grade and will continue to grow one grade-level a year until 8th grade. Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Custodial Team Member to join our Operations Team. The Operations team is responsible for designing and implementing efficient day-to-day systems and routines that contribute to a joyful school culture and the highest-levels of learning, instruction and organizational stewardship (finance, data, compliance, asset management, facilities, transportation, food, etc.).
