Job summary

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Bellingham, MA. This full-time role supports Dunkin’ distribution operations, with shift coverage including Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 7:30AM-4:00PM and Sat 6:00AM-2:30PM.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, cleaning, safety compliance, and storage optimization. You will work in dry, cooler, and freezer areas and report to the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of warehouse or maintenance experience preferred.
• Must obtain Crown certificate program certification.
• Ability to operate a shrink-wrap machine and powered industrial trucks.
• Flexible days and hours; weekends/holidays may be required.
• Basic computer skills; attention to detail; reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure selecting aisles are aligned and product is brought forward.
• Keep floor clear of debris to aid selecting process.
• Clean out company trailers and organize pallets/crates.
• Follow safety rules and complete duties as assigned.
• Safely operate equipment used in tasks (forklift, scrubber, etc.).
• Operate fork truck, clamp truck, floor scrubber, and pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain safety, attendance, and conduct to company standards.
• Use safe lifting techniques and perform daily safety checks on equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions or accidents to supervisor.
• Clean spills and damages; determine resale or disposal per NDCP rules.
• Prepare reports documenting cleaning, spillages, damages, etc.
• Provide equipment for selecting process (cardboard separators, pallets).
• Power wash receptacles; general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash pickup.
• Assist in warehouse maintenance and office-area duties as assigned.
• Use headset to locate items; attend required meetings.
• Follow NDCP Good Distribution Practices; cross-train as needed.

Overview:Join National DCP, LLC (NDCP) as a Maintenance Technician ll, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced distribution operations for Dunkin’ restaurants.

This position may be filled as a Maintenance I, Maintenance II, Maintenance III, or Maintenance Lead.

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure that the selecting isles are aligned, and product is brought forward.
• 2. Ensure that the floor is kept clear of any debris that would hinder the selecting process.
• 3. Clean out company trailers; remove empty pallets/crates and organize for pickup.
• 4. Follows all safety rules and completes all duties as assigned.
• 5. Safely operate all equipment utilized to perform tasks associated with role.
• 6. Safe operation of Fork truck, clamp truck, Floor scrubber, battery changing station & rideon/walk behind pallet jack.
• 7. Maintain Company standards for safety, attendance, and conduct.
• 8. Maintain proper and safe lifting techniques.
• 9. Perform daily safety inspections on material handling equipment.
• 10. Immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions or accidents.
• 11. Cleans up any spills or breakages to inventoried product; recoup damages and determines ifresalable or must be disposed of per government and NDCP food safety requirements.
• 12. Prepares various reports and forms to document cleaning schedule, spillages, productdamage, etc. May track and order maintenance supplies.
• 13. Provide equipment for the selecting process, i.e., cardboard separators and pallets.
• 14. Power wash trash receptacles, general cleaning duties include but are not limited tosweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pick- up and use of compactor, may be required to workwith cleaning chemicals.
• 15. Assist in the orderly maintenance & general housekeeping of the warehouse. May performsimilar duties in office areas as assigned.
• 16. Use a headset to find individual items within the warehouse
• 17. Attend all required Company meetings.
• 18. Follow NDCP’s Good Distribution Practices.
• 19. Cross train in other functions and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1. Ability to operate a shrink-wrap machine and manually shrink-wrap a product
• 2. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklift, pallet jack, high lift)
• 3. Ability to work flexible days and hours. Schedule may include weekends and holidays
• 4. High school diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
• 5. Desire and ability to work in a collaborative work environment
• 6. 1 year of warehouse or maintenance experience preferred
• 7. Must be able to obtain certification in the Crown certificate program
• 8. Basic computer skills
• 9. Ability to follow simple instructions
• 10. Must be punctual and reliable

Physical Demands
