Job summary

Industrial is seeking a Custodian to join the Facilities Support team. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining offices, restrooms, and common areas, with attention to detail and reliability.

The candidate will help with room setups and daily site upkeep in a fast-paced environment. The position runs on a 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with pay at $15.00 per hour plus experience-based increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of custodial, janitorial, or related cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, hallways, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other facility areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and operate floor care equipment including buffers and steam cleaners.
• Dust and polish furniture, cabinets, windowsills, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Assist with room setups for meetings and special events.
